This is a common injury among runners or those who spend a lot of time walking/on their feet. It presents as pain into the sole of the foot on activity and can often linger with a burning sensation. It can be easily treated with foot assessment, some soft tissue mobilisation and corrective exercises.

Foot injuries can be treated with a number of different modalities including Physiotherapy, Sport Physician, Acupuncture and Nutrition.
