Are you a therapist who is just starting out and is looking to build up your client base in a ready-made clinic home?
We have 4 treatment rooms of varying sizes available to rent on an hourly basis. Each room has a desk, treatment plinth, couch rolls and freshly laundered towels. The clinic has been refurbished to a high standard with chandeliers, wall panelling and antiques, providing a warm welcome to all who come through our door.
As well as all the basics you would expect such as WiFi, Central heating, toilet and kitchen area, the clinic also allows you to buzz in your patients from each treatment room so that you don’t have to run back and forth to the front door. The reception area is clearly visible from the front door so patients know where to wait for you and everything is located on the ground floor, with only 3 steps to the front door, making it easily accessible for those with limited mobility. There is on-street parking outside the clinic as well as a car park opposite. Plus there is a bus stop outside the front gate for the 130 bus.
- Room 1: At the front of the house is the largest of the 4 treatment rooms and includes wall bars and a treadmill.
- Room 2: Is the smallest of the 4 rooms and is the left door in the middle corridor (all doors having the room number on them). Popular with our acupuncturists and massage therapists as it has been decorated to provide a spa-like experience.
- Room 3: Is a medium sized room and is the right door in the middle corridor.
- Room 4: Is our second largest room at the back of the house, looking on to the garden with windows on two aspects, giving it a bright, but peaceful ambience. Popular with counsellors and psychologists who wheel down the leather arm chair from Reception and put up a screen to hide the treatment plinth and create a cosy environment for their clients.
To Book a Room
- For first time renters, email hello@bodymed.ie attaching your CV, and proof of professional indemnity insurance.
- At present, you will need a key to access the clinic out of normal business hours. The plan is to change this to a digital system, whereby you will be sent a unique code to access the clinic. This code will be updated for each booking made.
- Once the on-boarding process has been completed, go to our website and select ‘Room Rentals’
- Select which room you would like to book and check availability
- Create a ‘patient account’ for yourself (if it’s your first time) and book a room on an hourly basis for as long as you need it.
- Be aware that our 24hr cancellation policy applies to rooms just as it does for therapy appointments
- Payment, plus a security deposit will be required prior to confirmation of your booking.
