Hannah has always been passionate about health and sport. She received a Division 1 basketball scholarship to the United States at 17 – after playing since she was 9 years of age and representing Ireland since 13. At the University of Northen Colorado, she received two bachelor degrees in Sports and Exercise Science and Nutrition. She concentrated on nutrition in sports teams as it correlated directly to her experience while playing ‘professional’ basketball for the School.
Hannah worked in an elite performance facility after University, where her love for fitness and health grew. Here she qualified as a Personal Trainer, working with the best athletes in Colorado, as well as aspiring candidates for the NFL and NBA. She also helped athletes gain scholarships through strength & conditioning and nutrition.
In 2016, Hannah took the big step – she decided to follow her own dream of impacting and helping the young adults and teenagers of Ireland to achieve their full potential. She moved back to Dublin, received a further degree with the International Society of Sports nutrition and began working as a Nutritionist.
Hannah deals daily with professional athletes, the general public, sports teams, school teams and the corporate world. She is very passionate about what she preaches and really wants to make a difference in the society of Ireland through good nutrition, health and wellbeing. Hannah is currently still playing basketball for her local club Killester, and representing Ireland at Senior Level.
