Paediatric Chartered Physiotherapist

Brenda is a Bobath trained therapist and a  member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists as well as the Paediatric Special Interest group. Having qualified from Trinity College in 1982 she has devoted her entire career to the area of Paediatrics, in particular, Paediatric Disability.
Throughout her many years of working as a physiotherapist in the Central Remedial Clinic, she has gained immense experience and training in a wide range of neurodevelopmental disorders, in particular, Cerebral Palsy. She has completed the 8-week Bobath course in London and also the Lois Bly NDT course. Whilst in CRC, she co-developed and tutored on the course ” Physiotherapy for Babies and Children with Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Delay” which is a recognized yearly course for Irish physiotherapists working in neurodevelopmental paediatrics.
