Hannah is an experienced paediatric Occupational Therapist with extensive knowledge and insight in the areas of dyspraxia/Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD), sensory integration and dysfunction and Autism spectrum disorder.  She holds an MSc (Pre Reg) in Occupational Therapy from London South Bank University and a BA in Performing Arts from London Metropolitan University. These combined qualifications allow Hannah to approach assessment and intervention with a child centred and creative ethos.  Hannah has postgraduate training in Bobath, CO-OP, Fine and Gross Motor programmes for children, Chailey 24 Hour Postural Management, housing adaptation and is an advanced Sensory Integration Practitioner.  Hannah was previously a member of the Board of Directors at Dyspraxia Ireland and has extensive insight into Dyspraxia.  She has worked continuously to promote Dyspraxia awareness in Ireland.

Hannah works in both the public and the private sector in Ireland having previously worked as a Paediatric Occupational Therapist in London.  In the public sector, she works as part of a school-aged disability team within the ‘Progressing Disability’ framework, providing assessment and intervention services for children with complex needs. She has assessed and provided both individual and group therapy interventions in areas such as independence skills, social skills, gross and fine motor skills and sensory processing.

Privately she works alongside a multidisciplinary team in BodyMed Clontarf, with a particular focus on providing standardised assessments of Dyspraxia/DCD alongside interventional Occupational Therapy for children with dyspraxia/DCD, autism and motor difficulties.  She is also experienced in the area of Assessment of Need.
