Hanna Puzanova
Massage Therapist
Sports Massage | Holistic Massage | Myofascial Release | Manual Lymphatic Drainage | Deep Tissue & Connective Tissue Massage
Hanna’s route into massage therapy came by way of a high-pressure career in IT – years spent in an office gave her a genuinely unique understanding of the physical and mental strain so many office-based workers carry. That firsthand experience is what drew her towards massage, and she’s been passionate about helping others find relief and balance ever since.
Hanna graduated from HCD College in Dublin with diplomas in both Holistic and Sports Massage, and holds a wide range of further qualifications including Sports Massage Level 5 – the highest level achievable in Ireland – Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release Techniques, Connective Tissue Massage, Neuromuscular Techniques, Muscle Energy Techniques, and Scar Tissue Rehabilitation. That breadth of training means she’s equally comfortable with pre- and post-event sports massage, deep tissue work, or more specialised techniques depending on what each client needs.
Hanna particularly loves treating neck and shoulder tension and lower back pain, bringing a calm, focused approach designed to release tension and restore real comfort. This past year she added Manual Lymphatic Drainage training and her Level 5 Sports Massage qualification to her toolkit, and true to her love of learning, she has more courses lined up, with face massage and hot stone therapy next on her list, so she can offer clients even more ways to relax and recover.
Outside the clinic, Hanna recharges through hiking and travelling with her family, taking every chance to get out into nature and explore somewhere new. Friends describe her as calm, compassionate, and a wonderful listener, with a naturally soothing presence and a genuine desire to help people feel their best.
Helping you unwind, recover, and feel your best.
