Colm graduated from DCU (Dublin City University) in 2010 with a BSc in Athletic Therapy and Training. He completed his BSc in Physiotherapy at TCD (Trinity College Dublin) in 2013. On completing his BSc, he worked at Exwell Medical private practice in DCU, where he treated a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions. Colm has vast experience working with athletes and sports teams (he is a committed sportsman, has represented his native county, Offaly, at all levels in hurling, and continues to compete at club level). He is currently Physiotherapist for the DCU GAA Sigerson Team, has worked with a variety of elite level athletes in the college, and has also worked with Lansdowne Rugby, Ballinteer St John’s GAA Club, and numerous GAA teams. Colm continually strives to develop his skills as a physiotherapist; he holds qualifications in Dry Needling, and has attended numerous CPD (Continuing Professional Development) events.
Colm’s specialist areas: athletic screening, taping, exercise and functional rehabilitation, dry needling, spinal mobilisation and manipulation.
