Soft Tissue Release

Soft Tissue Release

Soft tissue release is a manual therapy technique that can be used to identify and treat the body’s soft tissues. This can help to address issues such as muscle pain, mobility restrictions, strains and sprains.

Symptoms of a soft tissue injury are:

  • Stiffness and lost range of motion
  • Difficulty moving or putting weight on the body part
  • Visible bruising
  • Numbness or tingling

Our shock-wave therapy machine can help with this. It uses gentle sound waves that travel into the body to increase blood flow, break down stubborn tight or damaged tissue, and help to speed up your body’s natural healing process.
