Muscle Strain

Due to the large amount of movement available at the shoulder it requires a number of different muscles all working together to keep it functioning well and remain healthy. As a result there is increased risk of muscle strain and tear from sports, falls or day to day stress.

Upper Limb injuries are best looked at by Physiotherapy, Osteopathy and Acupuncture.
